A couple of weeks ago we had the chance to help Grant Rosario with his proposal film to Hannah, his now fiance. When we first heard the story from our good friend Matt Lower (Nature Photographer, you can find his work and more photos).
We immediately knew we wanted to be apart of Grant's special day. We reached out through our friend, and met Grant out on the pier, where he was going to propose. After some talking, and day dreaming on our part,we suggested that it would look amazing to film having dinner and champagne on the dock before the proposal, to create some suspense!
Some more ideas were thrown around, although the helicopter and scuba diver were dismissed we settled with the violinist on a boat. Our videography team had 11 days or so before the big day, and we were planning the blueprints for an unforgettable day in Hannah and Grant's life. The excitement level of our videographers and everyone involved for the rest of the week was unbearable.
In short the day was a complete success, everyone who helped create this film was constantly anxious about getting caught by Hannah, because Grant wants to keep it a surprise, until she sees the video. Special thanks to MWLweddings (dezi) who helped film and was eaten alive by ants just so he wouldn't get caught, you were a trooper! Check out his website for more videographed love stories.
